RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of shipment delivery at email@example.com.
Returns will only be accepted with a completed return form. Contact us with your return inquiry and customer service will contact you with a return request form. Please fill out the form and include it with your return.
Returns are allowed only for store credit up to 14 business days from delivery date. Items received after 14 business days, or not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns that do not meet our policy may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted. All Intimates, Sale and Final Sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns accepted. No exceptions.
Returns will be processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. If you need a different size or item, please ship the merchandise back for a refund and you may place a new order at any time. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. NURBANA305 does not supply return labels. Returns must be in original condition accompanied with the original invoice. Do not use shoeboxes as packaging for a return unless it is a shoe you are returning. NURBANA305 will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ACCESSORIES (All items under the accessories tab), BODYSUITS, INTIMATES (BRA & UNDERWEAR), SWIMSUITS, AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS are FINAL SALE.
If you are making a return because you would like to exchange for a different size, style or color, you will be charged shipping as this is considered a new order and not an exchange.
Please note that if an item is no longer available in stock, a refund will be issued the following business day.
Please be sure to include your order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and keep record of the tracking number in case your package is lost or mis-delivered; NURBANA305.com cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.
